AQUAVERSE RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met:

  • All returns must be related to Aquaverse website order.
  • All merchandise must be non-customized, unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
  • Aquaverse does not offer returns on Aquaverse products purchased outside of aquaverse.com
  • All returns must be processed through our email info@aquaverselimited.com within 30 days of original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided. 
  • All returns must have a packing slip provided.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be processed. Times may increase during holidays. Refunds will be returned to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase.
